The PANDORA project focuses on advancing AI and data engineering to drive industrial innovation and enhance the EU economy. It addresses challenges in IoT-generated data processing, aiming to create a single data market for Europe’s global competitiveness. PANDORA aims to develop AI-driven frameworks for preparing and delivering trustworthy datasets, enhancing AI models’ accuracy and sustainability in AIoT systems. Its mission includes increasing autonomy, trustworthiness, and energy efficiency in managing IoT datasets for smarter and more responsive devices in smart space ecosystems.

RESCALE revolutionizes software and hardware development by tackling the intricacies of the modern supply chain. Today’s software integrates components from diverse sources in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), accelerating time-to-market but raising security concerns. We aim to establish secure-by-design supply chains, automate evaluations, ensure third-party segments are vulnerability-free, facilitate cybersecurity audits, and construct robust systems. Using a Trusted Bill of Materials (TBOM) mechanism, RESCALE systematically analyzes and extends every layer in a computing system, employing cutting-edge tools and methodologies across the entire supply chain to redefine security standards.

6G-XCEL project seeks to provide a framework and tools for research and development of decentralized AI methods for network control extending across radio and optical networks and network domains, which we refer to as a ‘multi-network’ approach. In particular, it will build on the O-RAN architecture approach as an open source platform supporting multi-party applications (xApps/rApps) in a RIC. The focus is to study the practical use of such controls and their potential for 6G networks.

SYNAPSE is a European project that brings together 14 entities from different countries (Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Cyprus, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland) to provide an integrated cybersecurity risk management and resilience platform. This platform, attractive for many critical infrastructures, must integrate all those mechanisms that allow addressing the three essential pillars of SYNAPSE: Situational awareness (Pillar-I), incident response (Pillar-II) and preparedness (Pillar-III). To achieve this, multiple technologies, techniques, tools and methodologies are widely considered to drive and foster these 3 pillars, and in some way promote dynamic risk management, proactive detection, monitoring and tracking of attacks, and response against potential threats, offering guarantees of business continuity at all times.

Cyber-attacks on the organisations of any size from large critical infrastructure to SME and start-ups are constantly increasing and impact of such attacks can be wide-reaching and devastating. Organisations need to increase the knowledge and capability to improve the preparedness actions for cyber threats and incidents and mutual assistance among the organisations for any security needs. In this context, EuDoros aims to offer preparedness support services which will deploy to the selected entities from different sectors (e.g. energy, transport, banking, health, other digital infrastructure and public administration sector) in order to enhance their existing security capabilities and increase the level of protection and resilience against cyber threats. The project will customise preparedness support services taken into account sector specific content and integrate into an innovative, open, collaborative, and tailor-made platform for deploying into the infrastructure of the selected entities. There will be 50 entities selected from at least 150 organisations participating to the open call process benefited of using the preparedness support services for enhancing overall capability for managing threats and incidents. The selected entities from various sectors will be trained using cyber-range based training service for creating awareness and given consultancy support for using and adoption the EuDoros.
